65 barracuda rear inside trim help

Can anyone tell me how to remove the plastic trim pieces on either side of metal center? I managed to butcher and break one side seconds after this picture was taken. It appears to have the 2 white "pop pins" and maybe something else? Screws?
I don't see anything in my manual.

you take those pins out and under the rubber molding for the rear window are some screws.

if i remember right the small pins in the center push out or pull out they expand the big part of the pin while in

Got it, screws under rubber. Sneaky. And a ***** to get to.
I figured out the plastic pins, but managed to lose the small inside pin in the body of the car. Crap.
