I think this is what you’re looking for - it’s for a floor shift

That looks like a column shift cable. A floor shift cable is '65 only, floor shift only.

I agree, looks like column shift cable, I don't think floor shift cable has that bracket on the end. Plus I think the floor shift cable is shorter, but not sure. I don't have any floor shift cables, here to look at. I have some column and PB cables.

Ok, I will take mine out and measure the length. The ones that Imperial Services is selling show that the console cable has a deep groove on the shifter side and the column one doesn't.

So I got the cable out. Good thing I looked in the manual, because it tells you to attach a wire to the end of it, so you can pull the new one through the floor to the shifter.

It attaches to a bracket, but it's different from the one shown in @65 Dartman 's photo. My bracket has a 90 degree bend.

The cable (housing) is 41" long. I believe the original part number was 2461929 according to this: Mopar Pushbutton transmission cables

I found a NOS column shift park cable on ebay and the part number on the packaging is 2460552, which matches that list on that site.

This side should be the same on all cable shifted 904's and 727's.

This side has the deep groove and a short eyelet. It appears that pushbutton cables have a longer eyelet.

Ok, so I was wrong again, the cable for the '65 A-body console is 2534 415. Anyways, the cable I got from Don is too short, it had a groove, but in a different place and I don't know what that might have been out of.

Now I'm thinking I might be able to fix my old cable with something this:

I check with a caliper and the cable has a diameter of 3/32" and the eye is 3/16" diameter. I would have to somehow crimp it. I was hoping to find something with a sets crew or so, but but haven't yet.

This might actually work. Will have to shorten the shaft and maybe drill a hole closer towards the cable. And then crimp it well. Will keep you posted.
