They’re not for a 65 Dart hood. A 65 has a round Emblem in the leading edge front of the hood and another emblem on the driver’s side leading edge that spells out “DODGE”.

I think they are the letters that go on the rear quarters. I could only find this one photo that showed them and you have to look close. By the way the car is stunning that they are on!
