'65 Formula S Rear Shocks Rubbing

Vehicle is completely disassembled. Cleaning up the shocks this morning I noticed both rear shocks (part #733534, red in photo) have been scraping on something. I can only guess it must be the TTI 2 1/2" exhaust system someone helped me install ten years ago.

That's probably the case. I have TTI 2.5 inch pipes on my 65, and it took me several tries (with jounce testing) to get the pipes in just the right position that they didn't rub the shocks.
