BTW are bulge hoods for 71& up really that valuable??? A guy locally had a 72 Charger that was plum crazy(repaint?) with a bulge hood and he wanted very little for the whole car back in December......the car is gone now..........
 
Bulge hoods are 72 up. The 71 R/T hood is air grabber or a louvered hood. I sold a louvered hood for $800. It was not a rust out. It needed some welding repair on the hood hinge area. A good 71 hood can go for above $1,500. I see the bulge hoods go for $500 up depending on condition. There are no reproductions made for these hoods. If they are ever made the prices may go down.

Toad...don't hate me for this and i actually like your car but.....

Of all the fish ever made, I find the '66 to be the ugliest purely because of the front end design. But that's just personal taste. Anyway, for this reason alone, I voted on the Charger.
