[Found!] 66 Valiant driver side under-dash vent door

Does anyone have a good vent door for the air vents under the dash, or know where to find one? Mine has a broken hinge and I'm having a heck of a time finding one.

Here is a photo of the door and the vent behind it to help ID the correct item. The door measures 6-3/16 wide by 4-1/4 tall.
