does anyone have a pic of a 67 barracuda glove box lock assembly??

I am interested to know if there is a catch or latch that goes on the frame.

67 is a unique design with a spring that holds the door closed instead of a latch. Took the spring to Indy & installed it on Tony's Cuda glove box door....fixed it

yes, some coupes too .....it was an option.

I have the glove box door with the lock and everything to install it but I have no idea if anything is missing from the frame side where the lock tab engages

I don't recall a catch above that lock. I'll need to go look to be sure. I do know adding the lock adds a rattle to the interior. Sure would have been nice to have a wavy washer between the lock cylinder and bezel. I never found one that fits there

Mine has the lock and there is no catch on the dash frame. Just a cut-in slot.
