67 Barracuda, which wiper and switch do I have?

I'm thinking 4 wires but the black one goes to one spade, and then from the other spade it looks like that wire goes to the motor, or ground, can't tell. So yes, 5 wires in total, but 4 coming from the wiring harness.

Sorry for the late reply, 4 wires coming out of motor. 1 goes to the bottom spade. Other 3 loop down into harness. 5th wire goes from top spade into harness.
Both spade wires appear to be a dark green color.
