Any help on the way the rubbers mount would b greatly appreciated!!!!

It glues on

Use Black 3M Weather Strip Adhesive available at most auto parts stores. Use gloves you don't want that stuff on your hands. The weather strip gets glued to the inner edge of the trunk lip. The two ends of the weatherstrip should meet back by the license plate area.

I did mine last year and Im mentally challenged, it wasnt hard the 3m worked great.
