67 steering column kit?

I think that would work for a temporary solution, but I've been wrong many times. I think a bushing would wear quickly in this application. Also thought a roller bearing could work, but that's transferring the wear to the shaft. There are other ideas im playing with, but if this works, it's the simplest solution I can come up with.
 
Working on a 67 Barracuda lower steering column bearing kit. I made one for a guy a while back, and thought I should see if its needed.

Made out of fiber reinforced nylon, in a high temp printer.

Are you selling just that adapter plastic piece you made I will take one if you are. I need one for my 1967 floor shift steering column as the regular available bearing that is 2 inches OD does not fit
