67 Valiant built 360 LA header options?
Manual steering, Manual brakes.
What headers do y'all love?
I am not against fender/wheel well exit either.

doug's or tti

everything else is cheaper with diminishing returns.

pay once and cry once but also take solace in the fit and finish is head and shoulders above the rest.

You ever seen dyno comparisons? I have not.

nor have i but i'd be willing to bet there's but hardly a gnats *** of difference on a street motor.
I'd bet race either. Price dictates quality not. I'd love to see a shootout between the old school Hedman style and the TTI and Dougs. That is an unbiased shootout.

Mine got installed today. Custom built for my SBM and car. Motofab built, and QC Coatings ceramic.

there's no argument that TTI & dougs fit and finish are better.

the difference in power between the three is an argument that happens in a vacuum, generally, but more importantly bears no concern to me.

If you want hang low, plug wire burning headers, go with headman and hooker copies. To me, fit is more important on a street driver than anything else.

I won't put any of those headers on a car I want to keep/drive. BTDT, got the bashed tubes and put Tti or Dougs on everything.

The best reasonably available header for power are the 5204 hookers that have the slip tube for #1. They hang low too.

The old dyno deal with the mild 360 and headers/manifolds was nice. More HP, the bigger the spread tends to become

The best Dyno HP for a production header was
hands down the 13/4 5204 Hooker. Do they hang lower
yes somewhat but we run them on 360 68 Valiant
that runs on the street and still runs 10s when required.
There have been several postings on it in racers section.
I always have a few sets of these in nice shape in the shop
because they are no longer built by Hooker since owner change.

They hang a bit lower but no problem on our car unless the torsion
bars are sittling on the snubbers.

The next best in our testing are the TTI Steps 15/8 to 13/4,
but they are very pricey to buy.

Of course, in our Stock eliminator cars we build a multiple step
merged collector header that is proprietary and we do not talk
about itmuch. But getting them built even after jigging is over $2,000
cost to us in even Mild Steel never mind the Stainless ($3,500+) that we use.
