I would say they are as the bar is thicker .092 I believe

So it’s not something u can see just by looking. Would the rubber bushing take up the difference between the bars? Kim

Probably not by looking you would have to measure with a set of calipers eight 340 bar is seven eights .087 and if 383 bar is .092 15/16

Pretty sure the brackets are the same, different bushings. I will check the parts manual.

FYI
There aren't any differences in the sway bar "mounting brackets" between a small block, and a big block diameter, bar.
All the same thing, no difference.
If your concerned about rubber "bushing" diameter sizes, just order them up from a 66-69 "B" body car, which would be using the bigger diameter.
Easy, peasy.
