Is there a "repair kit" for these? My mech rattles bad and the glass isnt attached to it any more...Had a quick look at it but the access hole is small and the workshop manual isnt 100% clear on how to fix this

This is pretty vague. You don't mean rear window do you? Side windows? Rear side windows have a complex mechanism. You will need to remove to see what is broken.

Apologies Murray...rear side windows yes
Those are called rear quarter windows on my Barracuda.
The window may just be off the track or there may be broken plastic rollers.
Mine had a broken roller, I was able to find a replacement on e bay.
I would plan on taking it all out, then you can clean the 50+ years of crud off the rollers and track and the window with the right parts will operate easily.
The quarter window work space in my 68 Barracuda was really cramped, but it is doable.
Un cover both sides, but disassemble then reassemble one side at a time. So you can have a quick reference on how it fits together. Use the search here on FABO and you tube (mopar A body rear quarter window) and with the FSM you will get the info on how to get it working again.
