There's 3 wires at the parking/ turn housing plug but only 2 wires in to the actual lamp, has to be one wire for running light filament and one wire for flash or blinker filament. Housing has a blade connector for a ground. Ive read many posts and not seeing an answer. On line Wiring diagram no help, what am I missing?
The running light wire(s) were easy to determine as they also feed the fender marker lamps.
I can only assume that the other 2 wires are: 1 from turn signal circuit and 1 from flasher circuit ?
IE :Neither are grounds correct?

Im splicing in park/turn pigtails for the 2014 Challenger headlight turn signals which clearly have a dedicated ground wire at both plugs ( entire campaign housing is plastic). I don't have an under dash harness ( back ordered) so actual testing isn't possible. I'm sure the #1 terminal on the Chally plug is ground and will ground to core support as soon as I confirm what the 68 wires functions are, just want to confirm.

Thanks!

The connector has only 2 terminals. The 2 wires of same color are together in one terminal. They use terminals as junctions in a lot of places. You'll find 6 wires in the 3 terminal connector behind left headlight. 3 of those wires go over to the right headlight connector.

Thanks Redfish. Yep, I found a diagram on Mrmopar clearly showing the wires paths, colors and junctions. A previous diagram showed solid green on left lamp, brown on right lamp and over these junctions was a large white rectangle which was confusing. The gauge change between the 2 black with Lt. Green wires kinda threw me off too.

Whatever you do make certain the socket has a good ground, even if you have to add a separate pigtail

Thanks for your help guys. Im running dedicated grounds from the Chally lights to the factory ground location at core support with a weld nut. Turn/ park pigtails are done.
