68 dart need upr cntrl arm bushing help slopy

so i got the offset bushings installed them there were no sleeve to reduce size of inner sleeve

problem number one
bolts seem to small and i need a insert any one know if this is carryed any where or a make at home deal

problem number two

even when the upper cam bolts are CRANKED down tight theres still a gap between them and the frame rail mounts i never had any spacers or washers there should i install some>????



thanks for the help again guys this whole front end has tried to kill me for last few nights driving me up one way and down the other with small issues
im starting to get to the point of getting sick of the car and walking away when all thats left after 9 months of work in the front end

so no one has installed the offset bushings and ever ran into this huh maybe they sold me some for a yugo

Wouldn't it be great if a rep from Moog chimed in here.
I too have one older pair of the offset bushings that didn't include the ferrule type washers and a new pair that did include those along with a revised instruction sheet.
