Hi everyone,

i´m in relative urgent need of the upper and side windshield trim pieces
for my Dart. I converted from 67 style to the later clips - but unfortunately the windshield trim I bought via Ebay last year is a 4-Dr version - much too short on the upper parts, and the side parts are too long. The lower trim piece seems to fit quite well.
My restoration project will be finished in about 3 months and it will look much better with windshield trim on it :D

Hope someone can help me out - would be great!

Your car looks really sharp!

Did your car originally have the Tail panel on the Trunk?? I like how yours looks without it.

I too swapped to the 68 Windshield gasket and trim......

Thanks!

I got the car without the trunk trim - it´s a Dart 270 which had trim but no panel.
I managed to find the trunk trim in used condition and refurbished it by pulling the dents out, de-anodizing, polishing, anodizing and then detailing the black paint again.
I also like the look how it´s now, but I already have the holes for the trim in it.
Will try how it looks with the trim - If I don´t like it, I think about close the wholes and let the trunk lid be painted again - but I think I´ll stick with the trim .....
we´ll see ;)

Al,

I would like to second Mad Dart's comments. That is a gorgeous car!! Unfortunately I can not help with the windshield trim I don't have any extras. Keep us posted on your progress and more pictures are good.
