I'm really liking the level of detail and how clean it is throughout. Trying to do the same thing.. still can't quite commit to painting it white again yet. Fortunately I don't have to for a while.

Ive come to really like the origional colors of these old cars, even if its plain white. Ill eventually go back with the origional white on the exterior and black vinyl top. ( its been repainted with an incorrect white) Im not a painter but i may try on this car, we'll see.
Installed the Wilwood brake kit and started on some other items. Wiper motor and pivot seals, under dash and firewall insulation (tuff to see in the pic) and started on the trunk wiring. I also have a new dash harness and engine/forward lamp harness. Next ill install the dash harness and try and finish up those details while im waiting for the dash bezel and guages to get back.
Put a few hours in this weekend. Installed the rear bumper, heater box, dash wiring and started on the front fenders.
Got the wheels today, 15x4 1/2 and 15x8, hope they fit.

Looking really nice, good job. Caps w/steelies will look good. noticed the Chrome treatment on the post and windows, was that on 200 models?

Mine is a Signet, im not sure if the chrome pillar was available on the 200 or not.
If someone has a minute, i need to get some measurements for the Signet emblems and the amber markers on the front fenders. My fenders are 67 with no marker holes or emblems.
Painted the radiator support and installed the hood latch, valance, and bumper. Also painted the wheels saturday so ill have the tires mounted and installed next weekend.
The latest, wheels and tires, grille, tach, battery box.

Its a 68. Round marker lights
Its 68 with 67 front grille and fenders. im working on trying to find the correct grille. I have the fender emblems and markers, but am not sure of the correct location for placement. If you know someone that can get me some measurements, let me know.

if you need a 68 grill pm me Maybe we could swap for something... I have a near perfect one in sw mi I had to swap mine for a 69 grill to fit my 6 pack hood All it has done is hang on the garage wall sense 1992 you can get the measurements you need too.

Wow, how´s the fitment of the rear tires? and what size up front....makes me jealous.....:grin: (got only 6,5" rims at the moment, same colour).
I´ll try to give you the measurements for the side marker in the 68 front fender!

The rear tires fit fine with 8'' wheel and the offset shacle kit, the fronts are 26'' Moroso front runners on a custom 15x4 wheel. I need the marker location and the "Valiant Signet" emblem location if you can.
