Maybe if you look at retirement as a new adventure, the way you'd look at a new job. I've watched my Mom do all kinds of volunteering and even picked up the violin again after 50 years. But she doesn't HAVE to do anything she doesn't want to!
my dad is 72 and just retired after 52 years doing road construction. he is keeping busy and wondering how he ever had time to work lol. but he is getting used to it but also always taking about going back lol
congrats!!! slap me up side the head, please!!!!! last year to worked seasonal... this summer I worked bout 20 hrs per week.... ihope next year I can just say " i'm retired" and use m y time and not fret bout what little money I would have made if I drive that 64 mi round trip for $10.50 per hour and wearing out my vehicles!??????
and again, I say congratulations to ya!!!
