69 auto shift knob

i'm putting a console in my 69 dart. i have seen both the 68 and 70 shift knob used. which is correct? is it a production date thing? any help or comments appreciated!

From what I've seen , yep

My 69 fback I just sold had the deluxe interior(wood grain, map packets etc) and it had the woodgrain knob.
