'69 barracuda fastback for sale up the street

There is a '69 fastback barracuda up the street from me for sale. It's all there, with some extra parts inside it. Has small bolt pattern slots on it. Has a formula S tag on drivers fender. I dont think It's an "S" though. Could be wrong. I popped the hood, has V8. A little dark so I could'nt get any specific's. It's a floor shift car with an extra console in it. Anyone interested enough for me to check it out further???? I'm located in Olympia, Wa.

I wonder if it is a P Code (340) car. I had one and see lots of other 69 Barracuda P-Code, Non-Formula-S cars that have the 340-S badges on the front of the fenders. They have silver tail panels and grill but they are true 340 cars.
