I finally got a chance to get the wheels off to have a local mechanic help do some brake work. I was thinking of replacing all the wheel studs, there is still one wheel with the old LH stud. One question for you and why I am not fond of any "chain" auto parts stores, although I found the same thing checking some independent parts suppliers. View attachment wheel studs.jpg
The stud on the right is from the front wheel. The one on the left is what you find if you, or one of the folks working at the "chain" store finds when they punch it in their search engine. You can find the same searching for it on online parts suppliers. Obviously they aren't the same but what would be the application for each be if they both list for fitting 69 A body wheels?
I need to find the right studs for my wheels, they are the standard wheels, drum brakes, if you all have a supplier that you have had a good relationship let me know some thoughts.
Again living on a rock, not under, makes this journey a lot tougher.
