The car is built on Jan7th 1970 pretty early were factory assembled late 69 parts? Such radiator and interior stuff or 70 parts?

5 months into production. It's possible 69 parts were used but not likely.

Late May 69 the bottom core support on Darts already had the tabs for the front valance of a 70 Dart, seen plenty of late Darts with that on them...
