70 rally dash question

And one more question - regarding dash frame - don't have it dismantled yet but it was a radio delete car and some prior Bozo hacked the dash AND the plastic trim real good. I might be able to patch dash from donor, but if not - are standard and rally dash frames different ? Also - are rally wiring harnesses (outside, firewall to engine bay) different as mine's pretty much wasted under the hood (has tach - were these mechanical or electric ? - car is stored a few miles away right now and I've only visited her a couple of times since purchase). Thanks.

I believe they're different as I saw a member here was considering selling a template for cutting a standard dash to convert to rallye - as far as harnesses - I don't know, and apparently no experts here have chimed in yet.
