72' 318-904 flex plate

What do you want it to handle?

I'm comfortable putting 275-300 horse to mine. Over 400 I don't know...

well at least over 300hp 300-350hp, mine has slots in it, like chrysler lightened it, I'm all for the lightening thing but this needs to be strong! lol

I've had one for months! SFI everything and that way you know it won't break.

the TCI are drilled for 7/16 threads on the converter....is that what your torque converter has ? 7/16 or 5/16 threads?

most stock style converters have 5/16 threads..,,,aftermarket performance converters use the larger 7/16 threads.

5/16 be my guess (car is stock as can be), I'm gonna get one of those beefy flex plates, cause breaking one of those would just suck, do you know a good place to get a stall converter? and maybe a good rpm to have one at? thanks guys.
