Check the numbers on the pan edge.

Yes, there are numbers on the drivers side trans pan rail, post them here and we will tell you what your trans came from...

In general if th efforts 3 digits of the seven digit part number are 351 or higher it's a 1971 or newer.

i'm thinking it was from a van by the short dipstick but this is the only numbers i see 6893

OK I need to get a better light and some brake cleaner .
