73 340 Duster ?

I have a 1973 340 Duster project that is coded as stripe delete for both the sides and rear panel. Would this car still have had "340" decals on the quarters or no? The one quarter has some pretty faded out original paint and I don't see any signs of a decal ever being there?

The U means "U gonna be sweating in AZ cause there's no H51 code" (AC) Seriously, I don't know either, but it sounds like a nice car.
