Does 73 Dart sport dash frame will work with no problem on 72 duster?

The issue on a 68/ later car would be VIN.................
As far as I know they will all interchange physically. Are you aware you can reverse the screw clips along the windshield so you can get them in/ out? And you CAN remove them without taking out windshield, have to gut part of the dash out for access, and use a small cut off wheel to slice the screws/ clips...............

I am going the other way as I purchased a 72 duster dash frame to replace my rusted out 73 sport dart dash frame. One thing I just noticed today is that the center bezel area is different. The rectangular opening for the vent controls on the duster dash frame is a little smaller than the sport dart's. The sport dart bezel overall is the same dimension but the recessed area for the vent controls will not fit into the hole in the duster dash frame. The sport dart is a non ac car if that matters.

They will mostly all interchange, but there are differences that a lot of people (me included) never notice. @Princess Valiant has Eagle eyes and can tell you every little difference year to year.
The heater control tabs are way different. You would either need to use the 73 to 76 controller or modify the tabs. Other than that, they are the same.
only 73 will work from 73-76 with no problem?
