Looking for the 2 vacuum parts on the cowl in the pic. also pass side windshield trim and both corners.

Still nothing on the vacuum parts...

That's what's known as the O.S.A.C. Valve (Orificial Spark Advance Control) . For the 1974 model year , this "piece" was moved to the air cleaner's base , and would remain there for the rest of its duration (no pun intended) .
 
Those vacuum valves on the firewall appeared in 73. Ig you're going for absolute correct restoration you could put fake blocked vacuum tubes on the valves you have. You dont want them hooked up though even if they are NOS. They just screw up the way the engine runs.
 
I might have them, it I didn't toss them, but I'm 400 miles away from the car for another 3 weeks.
