74 Duster upgrades

Well, I've started tearing into the Duster. I need to know if there are sure grip units available new for the 81/4 rear end and also if I keep the auto 727 Torqueflite, where would I be able to find a shift kit that would give it a little bit of guts? Any help greatly appreciated...

I do believe MoPar has 8-1/4 sure grips. If not, they are out there.
The 727 use's a tad more power than the 904, but, IMO, it is not really worth the effort to swap it out. As far as a shift kit goes...I can not help to much. (Manual rower here) You can get a shift kit and most any speed shop or online source.
