The rear bumper?

No, not without extensive modifications. Click my build thread link in my signature below. I just finished this swap. You'll need the following off a 73; tail pan, rear valence, rear bumper, rear bumper brackets, rear taillights, rear taillight housings, 73 quarter panel extensions. plus the taillight harness for the 73. Basically, the entire rear clip of a 73 donor car.

As for the deck lids, yes they are the same.

Project 440DD

73 was a transition year. Rear end is the same as 71 & 2. Front got the beak clip but all that bolts on so its easy to swap out.
The front of a 74 is different because they changed to the shock absorber bumper mounts. As mentioned, the rear of a 74 is totally different sheet metal. Not really worth changing unless you really enjoy metal work.

Late 74 fronts got the shock absorbers. My 74 was an early 74 and it has the same bumper brackets as the 73. However, it did get the rear bumper shock absorbers

Mine was actually born out of necessity. The rear of my 74 dart suffered some damage high up, right where the deck lid meets the quarter extension, when loading it the day I got it. Plus lots of rot. Wasn’t worth repairing. The taillights besides being hideous were cracked and busted from age and finding good ones were rather pricey. So I managed a deal for a remainder of a 70 dart parts car. Thing was basically a shell with a rear bumper, decklid and valence. I paid like 100-150 bucks for the whole car. Most of which I made back when I cut it up and took it to scrap after I robbed what I needed.

@moparmandan did one on his 74 scamp and did a fantastic job! 1974 Scamp some assembly required
Its funny how most people hate the 74-76 taillights and bumper and I actually prefer them. I think they look better than the lights in the bumper. But that's just me.
To me, they look like they were stolen from a Buick. That said, it was really the ugly truck sized bumper than drove me the most nuts combined with the taillights that just didn’t sit well. So when the opportunity presented itself, I took it
