I have the choke blade removed, I dont need a choke but I have a fast idle yet while warming up, my question is how do I get rid of the fast idel? I tried disconnecting the electrial wire to the choke that seams to keep it on longer.

Loosen the 3 screws on the choke housing and rotate til the fast idle is off...not sure if it's clockwise or counter clockwise. Unhooking the 12V wire does the opposite to what you're wanting.

I found out about the wires that keeps it on longer. What about backing off the fast idle screw?

Since you seem to be trying to get a little more flow from your carb, you might like to know that the flow rating on your avenger is not the same as, say a 750 3310 or a700 Dbl. pumper.

If I remember right, the avenger is dry flowed, and it's really about a 700 compared to the older carbs.

I'm just trying to help you know with what your dealing, if you didn't already know.

That's why I don't trust holley !
