8.8 install

Installed 8.8 in a 69 dodge dart and the shock plates don't line up,any suggestions would be appreciated.

sounds about right.....2 options. Move the shock mounts or move the plates.
8.8 installed in a 65 somewhere in Oregon.

Kind of hard to tell in the picture, is the housing pointing down significantly? Are the upper shock mounts the issue?

So use the Mopar shock plates.
