Howdy all, cosgig here. I just wanted to give a shout out and a big thanks to our esteemed member RustyRatRod Rob for a job well done. You see, a while back he was trying to generate some much needed money and offered up a service to rebuild any carb for $50.00, I decided to take him up on his venture and sent him the TQ carb that Nella won in the Young Guns contest a couple years ago.
The carb I sent him was a later model carb that was donated by our Godfatherofchrysler Artie, but Rob deemed that one not suitable for my intended application, so he found one from his personal stash and rebuilt that for me instead. Now, I know some of you share the same love for rebuilt items as I do, so when I say this carb is a thing of beauty, I mean it. It almost looks too good to put on, and I'm sure it's gonna perform even better!! I'm super pleased with the quality of his attention to detail, and although I'm just another member in his legion of followers, he certainly deserves a big THANK YOU from Nella and I!! Here's a couple pics of the finished product for drooling purposes!!
