Is there a way to switch button release from one side of seat to the other... Ex... If you have 2 drivers side buckets with release button on left side, could you move button to right side so it functions as a passenger seat..?

Probably. I know for certain 68-69 buckets they only made 1seat back and 1 seat bottom. There was provision on the seat back to put the lock lever on either side. The seat bottom had provision for it to latch on both sides. Only way to know is to take it apart in that area and look

They're for sale, 4 hrs away.. Not a deal breaker for sure, but was hoping someone would know or possibly even done it .. Thanks for the response..!

I would use them just the way they are. Think about it. You're sitting in the drivers seat and some one wants to get in the back. No need for them to reach down and be a button pusher. Your right there pushing their button. Ha Ha

I know that you can remove the back, but not sure if they are interchangeable, very possible I would think.
