I would ship to Canada using only USPS.

If the total is less that 20#, I believe I can get them in a large flat rate box which would add $25ish to the total, figure in the 315-320 range. If they can't go flat rate box???? No idea what it would run to get them there. Probably in the $70 range.

If you can get casters locally, I know for sure the weight would be below 20#

hey crackedback, i saw this solution of yours and was wondering if u would consider making a set (front/back) for a b unit body? ive got a 67 charger and these seem totally awesome, besides what fabo's have said about the quality of them.

i wont need the casters if those are standard at HF. watcha u think?

I can build them.... my dad has this ultimate set of tools... sorry, spicolli flashback. :)

I would need the center to center spread on your bumper bracket bolts.

If you want the car level, get the rocker level and get me these measurements.

    1) From center of front bumper bracket bolt to ground and

    2) from rear spring mount lower bolt hole to ground.

    3) yoke to ground.

I can build it off those measurements. If you want it a bit taller let me know how much.

I'd need to know the bolt pattern for the casters you plan on using. The ones I normally build are 4.5' x 4" plates.

Just got a pair of front and back dollies for my Duster. I'm not ready to attach them yet but I am very impressed with the quality of construction. It's great to support a FABO member and it's made in the USA!!!

How much would it cost to ship a pair of front and back dollies, without casters, to
T4R 2T8 (Red Deer, Alberta, Canada)?

They fit in a large flat rate box. At most it would be $54 via usps.

If you know a better or less expensive way to ship them, I can look into it.

Oh friggin crap! I just made a setup today similar to this. I would of much rather of just bought them instead of wasting a full day fabbing them up!

      Good looking pieces!

Made my own. Yours are better! Just bought some inflatable 8" wheels from harbor frieght.

They suck! Use the solid ones like he does. Moves a lot easier.

Already got the rear all together, but thanks. just working on finishing the front tub and suspension work

lol I almost bought the 8" pneumatic casters today then decided on the solids because I figured the solids would handle the weight better.

I can make these and bring to spring Fling with prepayment.

I'd need a couple days lead time as casters would have to be ordered if you wanted them.

Got more casters. Materials and casters have both gone up a little in cost, going to keep the selling prices the same.

The rears are being made using 3/16" steel plate. Fronts are 3/16 caster plates and 1/8" uprights/mount bracket where the bumper bolts attach. Towed a car on a trailer almost 300 miles, not an issue.

Shipping on a complete set is about $30 anywhere in the continental US.

Just a word of caution when hauling a car body using casters. When rolling a car body into the trailer the castors will gouge the hell out of the floor of your trailer. You'll need aluminum plating to spread the load.

I could see skinny metal casters doing that to a plywood deck.

Have a set ready to go.

I can also make them slightly taller.
