You can see the pieces of foam taken out in the pics. I used the door and inside flap seal for an early a body so I think all the parts for a 70-76 are there.

looking at the photos of the two kits on their site, it looks like the only difference is:
"Also included in BIG kit NEW box half & rear cardboard clip set (9 large box half clips, 7 small cardboard backing clips)"
