A-Body with a 4.80 IBR A-833???

Has anyone ever seen a big block A-Body with a 4-speed trans that had a large 4.80 imput bearing retainer?
 
Not an original factory built car. but someone could have added it all it takes is a bellhousing and bearing retainer change .
