Not really. Taking advantage of someone who doesn't know is uncool... If it was me I would have told them that their listing was incorrect and offered a reasonable price accordingly. Then I would be able to sleep at night...
I recently saw the movie "Ray" about Ray Charles. His manager was paying him 1 dollar bills and telling him they were 50 dollar bills, because Ray couldn't see them.... Similar situation here....

Sad I couldn't sleep doing anything like that
Even if the guy was a scum I still treat people fair ...if they are scum I will just not deal with them
