A little help on rear end

I have a 68 valiant , I'm installing a Bbody 8 3/4 rear end, does anyone know what back spacing on the rims I would need ?? 5 1/2 - 6. ? Have any one put a Bbody rear end in their abody could check for me ? Thanks

I,ve read that 5 1/2 inch bs is needed.Best bet is to use the search option at the top of the main page.Look in the Suspension forum.

My understanding is that there is a little difference over the years, in B body rears

measure as stated-- too bad your not in Wichita I have some 15" wheels with a big offset that would be great for a test fit. Lawrence
