Well, a little late starting a thread with my restoration project. I'm going to have some questions and rely on everyone's expertise here, so I thought I would post. Was hesitant to post because I posted the start of a project here many a year ago, but I ended up selling it and not finishing. I didn't want to post this one and have the embarrassment of that happen again. Almost did little over a year ago due to my health, but I think I am actually to a point I feel safe to post about it because I WILL finish it. Hopefully before I die!
I picked the car up June 2021. Started out in the back yard with no shelter. Then managed to get it under one of the Tarp carports. Wind did me in on that, so I broke down and got one of the Versatube carports. Put roll up tarp doors on the ends. Still dirt floor. I eventually closed off the ends. I will be moving this carport eventually, so I didn't want to do concrete floor just yet, so it has a pallet floor with treated plywood painted with kilz primer. been working out pretty well!
Anyway, I finally got the body work done and in color this past weekend! I hate body work, and I am in no way, shape or form good at it, but I got it to a point I'm good with how it turned out.
I want to say thank you to everyone here that has helped me with info in the past, and those that will help me in the coming days! We have some great folks here and a tremendous wealth of knowledge!
Here are some progress pics...

Looking forward to watching it come together now that you have it painted. That was quite an accomplishment!
