Any idea where to get one?
1/2 20 ifm to 9/16 20 iff to connect brake line to aftermarket MC

Mother mopar does again. And its not 9/16 18

As a former parts guy with about 15 years on that job, there were some oddballs. REmember when brake controllers had a hydraulic connection? It was a nightmare with some masters. GM was not innocent, either

I called Inline Tube, Wilwood, Wilwood gave me the number to their supplier S&W, called them. The man said nobody makes the fitting. I called local hydraulic hose makers also. 9/16-18 or 9/16-24 is it.

Kinda hokey, but I believe they make a 9/16-20 female to 9/16-18 male IF adapter. You could use that and a 9/16-18 female to 1/2-20 male adapter fitting.

Or if you have access to a lathe, you could see if the 9/16-20 to 9/16-18 adapter has enough meat to turn down the 9/16-18 side to 1/2-20 IF.

Could you replace the tube nut instead?

This right here, if at all possible (bends, clearance, etc.).

I've got one tube that I put a "normal" 3/16" fitting on, then used an adapter to that oddball M/C port (I forget whether it's 9/16-20 or 9/16-18) because I couldn't frickin' find one and I wanted to DRIVE the car. I left enough extra after the bend to cut it and put the right nut on when I got one. Now I've got the right nut, but who wants to screw with the brakes when they're actually working fine?

Update. There was just enough room and I mean just enough to cut the old flare off and put on 1/2 -20 fitting. So the work-a-round worked. Actually a better looking fix.

Thanks for all the help!!
