I went to a stereo store yesterday and he said the only option is to put the head unit in the glove box. I really don’t want to do that. I was wondering about the retro style head units. Does anyone have one in a Dodge Dart? I can’t seem to find one that’s an exact fit. I don’t need a crazy expensive radio. I’m just looking for something with blue tooth that I won’t have to cut my dashboard for
Thanks

Try Retrosound.

I have one in my Bug and I love it.

Search for Bluetooth amplifier on Amazon. You can leave your old radio alone & just install one out of sight & play music through your phone. Just hook it up to power & speakers.

They start about $40. I have done a couple. Works great & dirt cheap.

This is the one that I used.

Edit: It runs on 12 volts so you can cut the power cord off the wall transformer & hook it to 12v in your car

I was looking at that one thanks

I installed the Retrosound in my 73 Sport. Like they say, it's not an exact fit for that year. I had to trim the plastic dash piece.

I mounted it under the dash where it wasn’t visible & turned the volume knob all the way up & put a dab of silicone on it to hold it there. I control the volume from my phone.

+ one for the bluetooth setup. I was just looking for something to play Spotify music in my '73 Dart and not looking for Carnegie Hall style audio. I replace the center speaker with a dual 4" setup and then took the power from the original radio (wasnt working anyway) and extended it to the glovebox. A command strip, this BT receiver, and a few wires and all worked well.

I used this guy's video as my starting point:
