All Small blocks are anchors.........

The jokes on you. The V-10 was designed DIRECTLY off the LA engine. LMAO.

Small block with 2 cylinders grafted into the middle.
Just the opposite of a 318 cut into a V6 or a 4.7 made into a 3.9.

They do have a lot of low end grunt.

C'mon, grow up! tkboy, were you a Moparts or YellowBullet recruit??? A spirited argument is one thing but disrespect, open hostility (in that other thread) and name calling have no place here on FABO in my opinion.

My late friend's 440 is a very fast boat anchor.........

Boats are okay I guess, but I personally like going fast in my Abody on dry land! Besides boats don't have class like the old Mopars do, they just have propellers! Can't mount big tires on that!

I have a sort of neighbour who lives at the very top of my street, way up on the mountain. He has a very long driveway and I assume he gets to plow it himself. With his V10 smallblock dodge pu. His daughter inlaws car got snowed in a couple years back and she had it parked down here. So he brought the V10 truck down and plowed the street clear at 40 mph. Man that thing has torque!

Aftermarket? You sure you don't need to be on a Chevy forum?
