Thank you everyone. The nipples are fine. The new waterpump didn't come with them. There is a plug for the larger one. I am putting new ones on.

Nice ride, I have had several 65's.
Last one was a 440 tunnel-ram, 4-speed with 5.13 gears, it was alot of fun.

Thanks for all the positive comments. It was originally for my wife. It was turning into too much of a project so I bought her a 67 Fury wagon instead. She loves it and I took over the "Creep Wagon".

Once you get sealer on the studs for the water jackets, what’s the best way to tighten? I’m thinking hand tight is out of the question…

if you don't have a stud installer, just double nut it and run 'em in. they don't go in crazy tight, so just a short ratchet or wrench is more than enough to get there.

ETA: FSM has 20 ft/lb on the stud with the nut at 15
