ring gear, pinion gear, the carrier, the bearing caps to hold the carrier in, the posi guts, and all the associated bearings, races, seals, nuts, and bolts. do you have the bearing caps to hold the carrier in place? if not you will need those too. or you could just eliminate the carrier and limited slip assy and put a spool in it. the poor mans option is to find a non-SG unit and have the spider gears welded up.
if your just starting out with only a bare case and if you have the money you could always just get a whole hogshead from one of the major parts houses. it should come already set up ready to drop in. also you want the clutch-type suregrip unit, these are rebuildable, the cone-type is not.
