Another New Member with a 1963 Dart 170

I have been a long time lurker on the threads, but thought I should finally introduce myself and my Dart. I am the second owner (since 1997) of a 1963 Dart 170 that just turned 16K miles. Over the past two months, i replaced the stock 170 with a 225 (bored .030 over) including a Clifford 4 barrel intake, Holley 390 and Clifford headers. Still working out the little details, but I have enjoyed a few short drives.

I am sure that many of you may cringe that I changed an original survivor so drastically. However, I love this car and wanted to make it what I wanted it to be. Plus, I have every original nut and bolt; I could have it back to original in a few days. One other point to mention is that the exterior paint is all original.

Very nice. It's YOUR car, don't ever let someone else tell you what you're supposed to or not supposed to do to it.

WELCOME ABOARD!!! I agree with MitchDart 1000%. your Dart is BEAUTIFUL!!!! how does it run with the hopped up 225??
