I haven't heard my son play drums in awhile, so I linked video of him at his buddy's house doing a cover of a song he likes (Don't Jump The Shark by Broadway)

My son played the drums about three years ago, he is in the Navy now, I never thought I would say this, I really really miss the noise.:cool:

Many times I played and know my son play's, know and then my grandchildren play.
Music will keep you young, and your son sounds very good and has a golden foot :happy10:

Thanks, memike. Although I'm not a fan of the type of music he listens to (probably like mosts dads), I can admire the technical aspect of playing drums that way. It's a lot different style than I'm used to and it looks a lot harder.
 
My boy is making his living drumming.....he is happy but broke.

I bought my son a drum set 5 years ago this Christmas. He is 18 now and playing with a group that goes out on tour during breaks from college. I remember the hours of drumming while I sat with the volume turned up on the TV. He would come downstairs and say "Why is the TV so loud!!" lol
 
Yeah my 18 year old has been playing the drums for a couple years now, and electric guitar since he was 14, and bass guitar, and now he is learning to play the piano.

Music at my house all the time, but I love it! I don't even bother with sound turned on my tv, I would rather listen to the music! :supz:
