Carb and cam are too small IMO. If the static ratio is accurate you may have detonation issues with that cam so listen for pinging and make sure the quench is tight. I will say 420hp, 460tq. With an 870 Avenger, and a cam about 13° more at .050 and .040 more lift , 450hp/500tq.
No doubt about it. That carb is to small. I run the 650 Speed Demon on my 360 and it is about right. I would go with about 100 more cfm if you stayed with a Demon carb and I agree with moper, you need some more cam.

Dump the demon carb(garbage) worst carb i ever bought!!!..i'd go with at least a holley h.p. or quickfuel 750/850 and more cam too...
