Any ideas sold car??

I have not heard from him since the begining of Nov.It has been 7 weeks.He was supposed to send me more money 5 weeks ago He never did.I put the car up for sale again Yesterday.If I sell it I plan on giving him most of his money back if I ever heaR from him again.
I am asking $6800.Comes with new and spare parts.I am the second owner and have owned it since 1985.I still have the original title,original owners name and address,certi card,owner manual. RUSTFREE CAR

I have never heard back from Chuck.The car is up for sale again $6800.00 or BO.Or A Body trade and cash..Driver,body only,4 door,2 door what do you have.Son wants an A body project.
 
I finally heard from Chuck this morning.He said he was out of the Country because his Grandmother died thats why I have not heard from him since the first week of Nov.He asked if I still had the car I said yes.He said well I don't have a job right now and I am not sure when I will get the $2400.00 I owe you.I see well honestly I put it back up for sale because I have not heard back from him in over two Months.He said if you sell it will I get my money back?I said well the original selling price was $6800 and I dont know if I can sell it for that right now with the economy the way it is.I said So you may not get all your money back but most of it.If I sell it for $6200.00 that is a $600.00 differance so I will give him back $3800.00.He already gave me $4400.00.So I think that fair I still get the $6800.00 I wanted and Chuck gets most of his money back.I told him if I don't sell it and he comes up with the $2400.00 He owes me then fine.I think this is fair I know a few guys that would have kept ALL his money.
Here is another idea I have I really need the money right now but if he can't come up with it and has a credit card.He can send me $2400.00 worth of parts from the Paddock that I can use on my Road Runner or GTS..
Any Ideas Guys I think I have been mor than fair...

I know I need to learn how to do pics so I don't have to count on other people.
My Buddy is supposed to come out later today and take pics.. I will take $5000-$5500.cash and a $1000.-$1500. A Body project. Jim
 
I will try again this weekend to get some pics.This is a clean body Guys.It has less than 40,000 original miles has ALWAYS been inside since 1968.Had part of the drivers quarter and floor replaced because it was in a wreck back in 1968.I have owned it since 1985 and only drove it 5 years on the weekends.The first owner only drove it for 6 months.The car was in storage from 1968-1987 and from 1991-2009.The only rust the car has ever had was a little in the passenger quarter.It rusted alittle while I had it stored at my Fathers for 9 years.I have had it stored in my own garage almost 9 years now.
