I like commercial property ownership. Big companies and business people are easier to deal with. When I sold my 3 store chain of independent Auto Parts Stores to Carquest in early 01, I kept the real estate and still lease it today to them. Paid off all the notes with some of the proceeds of the sale. Been retired for 14 yrs now. Livin the dream. LOL
